How do I find my Discord Server ID?

1. Enable Developer Mode in Discord (User Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode)

What cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USD Coin (USDC), Dai (DAI), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) through Coinbase Commerce. Prices are shown in USD and automatically converted to your chosen cryptocurrency at checkout.

How does the subscription work with crypto?

When you pay with crypto, you're purchasing access for the selected billing period (1 month or 1 year). Unlike traditional subscriptions, crypto payments don't auto-renew. You'll receive a reminder before your subscription expires so you can renew if you'd like to continue.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, your server will automatically downgrade to the free tier. Auto-moderation features will be disabled, but your configuration and private watchlist will be preserved for 30 days in case you renew.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we generally cannot offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.

Can I use one subscription for multiple servers?

Each subscription is for one Discord server. If you manage multiple servers, you'll need separate subscriptions for each. Contact us for volume discounts if you're running a network of servers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce, one of the most trusted cryptocurrency payment processors. We never have access to your wallet or private keys.
